Hi jonny
This is only the second time i have visited your site(been having isp problems(sounds like some decease)first time i took away with me something about improving the mind.But needless to say i didn’t follow up on it.
But this Simple ology thing i signed up for straight away and I’m glad i did.
The chewing thirty times hooked me there and then.
I feel invigorated already.
